Paul Pierce Top Shooter
Paul Pierce of the Celtics won the NBA 3-point shootout as part of the 2010 all-star weekend in Dallas. Pierce made 14 of 25 shots in the final round of the shootout. Three were bonus balls worth two points. He finished with 17 points in the finals round to beat Chauncey Billups of Denver, who racked up 14 points.
Pierce had dropped 20 points in the first round of the shootout to advance to the finals. Pierce is shooting about 44.5% from three point range up to all-star break. That ranks seventh.

The NBA’s top 3-point shooter in the first half the season is Mike Miller of Washington who is shooting 57.1%. Cleveland has three shooters in the top 10. Daniel Gibson is second at 47% while Anthony Parker is sixth at 44.6% and Mo Williams is eighth at 43.2.
